A document prepared by the factory or Canadian Authorized Service Centre respecting the original calibration or a subsequent re-calibration of the particular instrument. It should connect results of the instrument at time of use (traceability of the measurement result) with the reality of what a mg and ml really are, because the factory or Canadian authorized Service Centre used (identified in the Certificate) reference standards traceable to the CGPM(BIPM) units in France.
